Thank you for shopping with us at Seda and Stone. We endeavour to do all that we can to hope you love your purchase(s). All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of being placed. If there is ever a reason for delay, a member of our team will be in touch, please ensure to read our returns policy before purchasing.
UK
Royal Mail Tracked 48 – FREE UK
We aim to deliver your goods within 2-3 working days. Delivery is Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays).
UK Royal Mail Tracked 24 £4.95
The delivery time frame is 1-2 working days Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays).
EU
Royal Mail Delivery Europe Standard £7.95
We aim to deliver orders to the EU within 7- 10 working days. To our customers in the EU, please note that all orders entering European countries are now subject to custom and duty charges which are payable by the customer.
Rest of the World
Standard delivery cost - £9.95
We aim to deliver to countries outside of the EU within 10- 15 working days. Please note an additional customs payment may be required on receipt.
RETURNS
Not satisfied with your order?
No worries, you can return it by mail within 14 days. Please contact hello@sedaandstone.com and we'll offer you a refund on your purchase.
Due to hygiene reasons all earrings are non-exchangeable or refundable.
Please ensure the goods are returned to us within 7 days of receiving the returns address.
All refunds and exchanges will require proof of purchase in the form of a receipt.
Please note you are responsible for the cost of returning all items back to us for exchange or refund, we will not cover the cost of items lost in the post, we recommend tracking your order.
Shipping charges, gift wrapping, and gift cards are non-refundable
Seda & Stone reserve the right to refuse any returns received in an unsatisfactory condition and/or do not meet our return policy requirements.
WARRANTY
Seda & Stone will repair manufacturing faults on all pieces of jewellery within the first 6 months from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to not repair after this date. Please note the warranty is void if any damage is incurred by the customer.
Our warranty does not cover general wear & tear or lost stones. We are also unable to return any items once they have been altered by a third party jeweller.
While we’re happy to take cover the cost of the repair, if your piece has a missing or damaged stone, we do not cover the cost of replacing the stone. Reach out to us and we’ll send you a quote for a replacement stone.
Manufacturing faults do not include any damage incurred by the customer; Broken chain, tarnishing, discolouration, faded plating, heat exposure, chipped, cracked, broken or missing gemstones or diamonds, general wear and tear, perfume damage, heat exposure, or any items that have been bent out of shape, twisted and snapped. Any lost items cannot be replaced or refunded.
To receive a refund all Seda & Stone jewellery must be returned in its original, unworn, undamaged condition. For Items that are damaged or show any signs of wear the refund cannot be accepted and the product will be returned to the customer.
FAQ'S
What if I am not home when they deliver?
We recommend you use a delivery address where there will be someone to receive and sign for the delivery. For many of our customers this may be a work address. However, if you are out, the usual procedure is for the delivery service to leave a “We Stopped By” card. You can then collect from a depot or re-arrange delivery for a time that suits you.
Seda and Stone does not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location you deem as a “safe place” such as in the shed, garage or with a neighbour, we cannot accept responsibility, if you fail to receive your parcel. We cannot take responsibility for parcels that are signed for by anyone other than the intended recipient.
Import Taxes You may have to pay import taxes and/or customs duties. You may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for the international shipment. These charges are separate from your shipping charge and you will be billed directly for them in you home country. Seda and Stone cannot advise of these charges as they are determined by the courier, taxation laws in your delivery country and other customs charges.
CUSTOMS INFORMATION
Seda and Stone will not be liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery. We request that you contact your customs office and ask about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order. It is important for you to become familiar with Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed or even returned. Please check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of the products you are planning to order from us and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.
DECLARATION OF VALUE AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Due to International laws, Seda and Stone states the full value of your order on the shipping label, minus the shipping charge. We will send an itemised invoice along with your order. These invoices will indicate the name of each product you ordered, the quantity of each item, and the cost.
